It seems that everyone I've spoken with lately tell me that now is a good time to buy a house. (This includes my mortgage guy, my title company, and several vendors I've visited around asking about pricing for this and that). The economy seems to be telling me the opposite. As for me, I follow my gut. I agree. Now's a good time to invest in real estate.
