I picked out the lighting for the house and thought I’d share my choices before they are shipped my way and installed in the house. It’s one more of those details that will become a part of the big “after” reveal.

Kitchen Pendants: These will go above the island and above the sink.

Dining Room: This Chandelier matches the pendants, and both are a part of an Energy Star collection of lighting.

Stairwell: The stairwell will get a simple sconce. You can see some more of the detail of the glass and metal (this matches the other two lights above)

Hall Bathroom Vanity Light:

Porch Lighting: Since I’m going with the clean lines of a Mission Style, and some accents are going that direction, I thought I’d commit with the light.

Secondary Bedroom Lighting: As far as bedroom lighting, each one has a “boob” light that looks like this (this is a picture of it already installed):

Master Bedroom: And the master has the 4 can lights, and a ceiling fan in the middle. I couldn’t find a picture of the fan we got, but this one is similar. We will be NOT putting a light kit on the fan (I detest those - yuck!)
